Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free, with tracking. Our gear ships directly from partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–3 business days. We check your order and pass it to the warehouse.
• Delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch for most destinations.
• Remote areas, public holidays and customs checks can add a few days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is running late, see Lost or late parcels.

Tracking your order

1. When your parcel ships, you get an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
2. You can check it any time on Track your order with your order number and email. If you have an account, it’s also under My account → Orders.
3. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show its first scan, and updates may pause while the parcel travels between countries. This is normal.

Wrong address?

Email shop@itemtrail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update it. Once a parcel has shipped, we can’t change the address. Please double-check your address at checkout, because we can’t be responsible for parcels delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Some destinations charge import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee on arrival. In the EU and UK, for example, import VAT applies to all parcels. Unless the checkout shows these charges as included, they’re set by your local authorities and paid by the recipient. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we refund the item price but not the charges or return costs.
