About itemtrail
itemtrail is gear for the places worth exploring: headlamps for old tunnels, dry bags for the coast, packs and camp kit for the walk there.
Who we are
We’re TTSN Web and Social Networks Software AB, a small company in Sweden. We also make Reveal, which tells the stories of the places around you: hidden history, abandoned sites and off-the-beaten-track walks. itemtrail is where we gather the kit for going to see those places yourself.
How it works
- We choose the products. They’re made by other manufacturers. We pick them for what they do on a trip and for their price.
- Our fulfilment partner ships them. EPROLO stores, packs and ships your order from its warehouses, mainly in the US and China. That’s why delivery takes 7–15 business days, and why a larger order can arrive in several parcels. Every parcel is tracked.
- We’re your seller. Your purchase is with us, so we answer your questions and handle every return, refund and complaint ourselves. See Returns & Refunds.
Where we ship
We currently sell and ship to the United States. See Shipping & Delivery.
